• We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.

• We check every single return; please allow 7 working days for this procedure. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our test centre we will return the item to you and you will be liable for any extra delivery costs.

• While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered,   your order shall be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

• You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct – delivery details may not be changed after an order has been placed. We accept no liability for loss caused by incorrect delivery details entered by you.

• By registering an account or placing an order, you agree that you may receive email promotions delivered to the email address you have provided.

• You must be over eighteen years of age to make use of this site. If you are below the aforementioned age , you may only use this site in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not proceed with using this site.

• Furthermore, purchases made by under eighteen-year-olds, without the consent of a parent or guardian, will not be eligible for a refund.

• We do not provide a drop shipping service. Delivery addresses entered must be your own private residence or place of work.

• Upon placing an order, please allow up to 48 hours for us to get in contact with you to discuss payment processing, the date, time and place of delivery. Note, if no contact has been made with the Buyer of the order for more than a working week, then the order shall be automatically cancelled due to failure to communicate with the Buyer.

• In addition,  we do not provide same day and next day deliveries. We typically deliver on  Fridays, 9am – 7pm (unless agreed or stated otherwise) using a third-party such as Ecabs and/or BonjuNeeds.

• We shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of products ordered, or any other matters, to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: extreme traffic obstruction and any other similar events; acts of God; war; storm; flood; fire; labour disputes; strikes; lock-outs; riots; civil commotion; malicious damage; explosion; governmental actions; terrorism; religious feasts; election time/worldcup/eurocup carcades; pandemics/epidemics; and zombie apocalypse.

• If for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to an inability or failure on the part of the manufacturers, suppliers or distributors to provide the goods to us, we are unable to provide you with the goods, we may cancel your order at any time before the goods are delivered and inform you of this. We shall promptly refund the sum of money paid by you, or on your behalf, under or in relation to the order. Moreover, we shall not be liable for any repercussions that may arise from such a cancellation.

• You are responsible for the security of your account’s username and password; and for any orders placed and/or purchases made from your account.

• You agree to inform us of any problems encountered, by way of either our contact page, email address or official Facebook page, before proceeding with any other action(s).

• All transactions are charged in EURO. Payments can be made via Internet Banking / Revolut / BOV Mobile Payment. Payments in Cash are only possible if Buyer (Meaning, you, The Client) Picks Up their order from our Warehouse Location, by appointment. Please type out your Order Number in the details of payment, if your Order was paid via electronic means. No cheques are allowed.

• Any positive comments made with regards to the service that we provide, via email or any social media outlet, may be used as a testimonial on the website. Should we use your comment as a testimonial and you do not want this to be publically shown, kindly contact us so that we can remove it.

• Only one voucher may be redeemed per order.

• You must not transmit any worms and/or viruses and/or any code of a destructive nature.

• A breach or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions will result in an immediate termination of your account.

• Your use of this website, and any dispute arising out of using it, is subject to the laws of the Republic of Malta and the European Union.

• We reserve the right of refusal to provide our services to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
